As a licensed Realtor since 2000, I've been involved in both Residential and Commercial real estate transactions. I was also a licensed title insurance agent, which has given me great insight into the entire transaction process, on many levels.
Buying or Selling real estate can be a pretty intimidating process, which is why one of my main goals is to give you as much information as possible, so I can help you make the best decisions for YOU. My clients are my first priority.
When you're choosing a Realtor®, there a couple of questions that you need to ask:
1. Does your Realtor work past 5pm? Do they work weekends AND evenings?
Nicole Does! Some Realtors only work on particular days, some only work Monday through Friday and some don't work past 7pm. I'll work around YOUR schedule to help you find the home of your dreams!
2. Does your Realtor answer the phone?
Nicole Does! Many Realtors don't answer their phone after 7pm or even on weekends. Many Realtors ask for 24 hours before returning your call. Now, what do you do if you've driven by a house you love and it just went up for sale? What happens when other Realtors are trying to get ahold of your Realtor to send over an offer on your home that is for sale and can't ?? I return calls PROMPTLY-You won't always get my voicemail, in fact, you'll rarely get my voicemail-you'll get ME!
3.Does your Realtor email you activity reports on your listing?

4. Does your Realtor email you new listings as they become available?

5. Does your Realtor add A photo or more to your listings on MLS?
Nicole Does! Do you know how many Buyers are turned off by the fact that many, many listing agents do not add photos (some don't even add one!)? ALL Buyers are turned off by this! Nicole makes sure that not only does your listing on MLS showcase your home beautifully, but also adds photos to ALL marketing material. With so many Buyers looking online, you usually only get one opportunity to make an impression so let's make it a GREAT one!
